Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition

Refund Process

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, Dreamhato will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
